Is it paid?
Komutam is free for now and asks for no card. If we introduce a paid plan, we will publish its price in advance and ask for your consent.
Where is my data kept?
Your workspace is stored on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Only the members you add to a workspace see its content, as far as their role allows. The privacy policy has the details. Privacy policy
What does the AI see?
Only when you turn on AI assistance in planning and ask for a suggestion: the title, estimate, due date and score values of your open tasks. Descriptions, client details and amounts are never sent, and the provider keeps none of it.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes, Komutam works in your phone’s browser. The iOS and Android apps, with notifications and a home-screen widget, are coming soon.
Can my team use it with me?
Yes. You can add people who have a Komutam account to your workspace as admin, member or viewer, and assign tasks to each other.
