These terms govern your use of komutam.com, app.komutam.com and the Komutam mobile app. The service is provided by Yusa Ozturk. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
The service
Komutam is a workspace for managing projects, tasks, planning, time and financial records. The service is currently free and still in development; features may change, be added or be removed. If we introduce a paid plan, we will publish its price and terms in advance and ask for your separate consent.
Your account
You must be at least 16 to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, email destek@komutam.com right away.
Your content
Content you add to workspaces belongs to you. You allow us to store it, process it and show it to the members you invite, only to provide the service. You decide who can access your workspace and with which role.
Unacceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- store unlawful content or carry out unlawful activity,
- try to access other people’s accounts or data without permission,
- test the service’s security, overload it or get around its usage limits without permission,
- abuse the service with automated tools.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Planning suggestions and financial records
Planning suggestions and priority scores are there to help; it is up to you to check them before applying them. Komutam does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice; income and expense records are for tracking only.
Availability and liability
We provide the service as is and as available, and we do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. We recommend keeping your own copy of important data. To the extent the applicable law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from using or being unable to use the service.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time by emailing destek@komutam.com. The Privacy Policy explains how your data is deleted.
Changes
We may update these terms. We announce significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
